This help me so much I often have an anxiety and stress , when I feel down this really help me 😭

This tune has stuck with me and always seems to ground me. Music sooths the mind and helps me manage my emotions and when i first listened to this nearly 6 years ago i was in complete awe and lets me escape from the stresses i have. Its as if this song speaks to me, Telling me everything okay, Helps me to understand the world isnt as bad as i see it. Any bad situation in my life really does horrible things to my head and its like this song unravels the tangled rope of emotions in my head. Thankyou <3

2024/6/12 How did I miss this??? This is embarrassing, but anyways… My birthday went great! I went on a little shopping spree and went to have some great noodles, so yay for that. Dad accidentally took my watch charger but he’ll send it back as soon as possible so no worries on that. Tomorrow I’m off to have lunch with a friend. I don’t have any worries for this month except finishing mermay and some other plans. Bye for now!

Just a few months after this song dropped, I was picking up a guy’s Subaru Outback that had 370,000 on the dash, thing was in mint condition. Needed a water pump. Anyway, the owner had this song on a cd and it was playing and I left the key on so I could listen while I was typing the car up and the guy was watching me and I didn’t know. When I tied up the last tire and the song ended he spoke up and told me the name of it. Been here since 🤷🏽‍♂️🤣🤣.

My first memory, i suppose, starts with choking myself. I was 10 or 11 years old. I don't remember who or what hurts me, but i do remember i wanted not to live. I was noticing that i can't die by this action, but i didn't choose not to do it. I believed it can't be worse but... you know. I think it was best timing to make it. Nobody loved me. Nobody was concerned about me. But i failed.
